Thank you for expressing interest in being a volunteer for CGC '24.

For years our show has been organized by a small army of volunteers who have helped put on an incredible show and this year will be no different.

And while we can't pay you billions of dollars you can have the uber-pride of saying you were part of one of the coolest events in town and we'll throw in some awesome perks for your help. 

​

There are many different volunteering positions we have available and our goal is to line you up with something you find fun and fulfilling. This may be help with checking badges, assisting staff, registration, cosplay, exhibitor aide, guest relations, tabletop, panels, photography, main stage, load-in, load-out and more.

All volunteers are required to work a minimum of one (1) shift in order to receive Volunteer Benefits (see below). There are added benefits for electing additional shifts.

If you are interested in volunteering at CGC, you must meet the following criteria: 

​

1. You must be 18 years or older.

2. You must complete the Volunteer Application. 

3. You must check-in and check-out for your shift accordingly with CGC staff to validate your shift completion. 

4. You must comply with the requirements and duties set forth by CGC staff.

Volunteer Benefits:

• One (1) shift: One (1), 1-Day Pass to CGC + T-Shirt

• Two (2) or more shifts: One (1), Weekend Pass to CGC + T-Shirt

Additionally, all volunteers will have access to food/beverage provided to volunteers during your shift. You will also receive special recognition on our website, socials, etc. as being part of the best volunteer crew in the 'land'!  Thank you for your contributions!
